Southfield residents received a true gift when Gianni and Christina Belsito decided to open this delightful Italian eatery at the crossing of Franklin Road and Northwestern Highway. A meal here is an elegant affair that features fine wines, gourmet cuisine, and a professional, tuxedo-clad waitstaff. Sample such homemade pasta dishes as ravioli stuffed with eggplant or tortellacci stuffed with porcini mushrooms, black truffle, and cheese. Delicious meat and seafood alternatives include roast veal and Mediterranean-style red snapper. Mr. Gianni is also happy to set up patrons with "custom" 6-course dinners ­ with a little advance notice, of course.
